Ricards Lodge High School was always my first choice in secondary school as I knew as soon as I set foot in this school that they help and encourage young girls to be who they aspire to be. 

Year 9, I decided, was the year I was going to help make the school a better place as I decided to become part of the School Council to help represent my year group in a meeting every half-term which helped me learn from the last JLT (Junior Leadership Team) about leadership skills and teamwork. The team I worked with in Year 9 certainly solidified my dream to become part of the head-strong passionate girls that made our school a better place. I am now proud to say that I am part of this team of wilful, impressive young people.

Ricards Lodge is a school that makes every girl have an equal and bright future throughout their high school life, and I am proud to be part of this.
