The Ricards Lodge Rugby Academy offers an elite dual pathway for female student-athletes aged 16-18, combining exceptional academic achievement with a high-performance rugby programme.
Based within RR6 Sixth Form, the academy is designed for players who want to develop their rugby in a competitive, performance-driven environment while achieving outstanding academic results and progressing to university or elite rugby pathways.
