Ricards Lodge High School is committed to working with a number of local schools and professional organisations to ensure we continue to improve the opportunities for both staff and students.

A CPD programme is available for all new staff.  All new staff are expected to attend an induction day and a six-week CPD package.  

We also run a number of internal ongoing training programmes including a professional reading group, a middle leadership programme and SLT associate opportunities.
